How do I place an order?
You can place an order for us to bring sandwiches and sandwich platters to your office, order cupcakes, celebration cakes and party catering by sending us an email to [email protected] stating what you would like, the quantity you require, and when and where you would like your order to be delivered. How much notice do you require if we were to order with you?
Depending on the date you want for the delivery of your cupcakes or celebration cake, and the sort of decoration you would like, the notice we require will vary. We usually ask for at least 24 hours notice for cupcake & cake orders and 72 hours for celebration cakes but we can sometimes accommodate rush orders. In the case of sandwiches and sandwich platters, please let us know at least 24hours in advance what you require.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to a 20 mile radius of BR5 2LX and costs £4.99. Areas including Kent, Bromley, Croydon, Sidcup, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Eltham and surrounding areas. Delivery to Central and South East London can be arranged (deliveries in the congestion zone will incur this charge on top of the delivery charge). Please contact us to find out if we deliver to your area!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash, cheque, by card over the phone or by direct bank transfer. Please note that invoices MUST be paid for in full upon delivery or before.
Refunds
If there is a problem with your sandwich, sandwich platter, cupcakes or celebration cake, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will either issue a refund or try to find a suitable resolution to the issue with you. Please note that refunds can take 7-14 days to process.
How much deposit do you require when ordering a celebration cake or an order over £50?
For celebration cakes and orders over £50, we charge a deposit of 25% of the total cost in order to reserve your required date, with the balance of the invoice payable upon delivery. All other orders are not subject to a deposit.
Can I make an appointment to taste your cakes and discuss my order?
For orders over £250 we would be happy to make an appointment to meet you, discuss your order and taste some of our delicious cake flavours.
When are your products made?
Our products are all made as fresh as possible, with soups, sandwiches, salads, pastas, cakes and cupcakes all made fresh every day. Larger cakes are made as close to the date of delivery as possible depending on the time needed to decorate it to your requirements.
Do the cupcakes need to be stored in the fridge overnight for consumption the next day?
No, this is not necessary or advisable for most of our flavours – keep them in a cool place in their box or ideally transfer them to an airtight cake tin. For our meringue topped creations, we do advise that these are refrigerated.
We recommend that our cupcakes are consumed within 2 days of delivery.
What ingredients do you use?
We use the best quality ingredients wherever possible.
Our sandwiches, pasta and salads contain the following ingredients depending on the flavour chosen: white and brown bread, butter, margarine, bacon, salad leaves, tomato, mayonnaise, cheese, king prawns, seafood sauce, chicken, avocado, tuna, cucumber, ham, beef, horseradish, coleslaw, pine nuts, pesta, pasta, feta cheese, spinach, olives, goats cheese, red peppers, cous cous, onion, smoked salmon.
Our cupcakes contain all or some of the following ingredients: flour, caster sugar, icing sugar, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, free range eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cocoa powder, chocolate, milk, butter, margarine, salt, food colouring, sugar fondant.
Our products are made in an environment where nuts are sometimes used in cooking and therefore are not recommended for those with nut allergies.
